The pond cleared up and it was easy to clean. However, in less than one month, the foam filters shrank so much that the the scaper bars didn't even touch the foam filters. Customer service said that should not happen and sent me a new set of filters. The second set of filters again, only lasted about a month before they shrunk. I'm not sure how or why they keep shrinking but they do. I now find that I have to take it apart every month and clean it and even then, it only performs well for a week or two.
